In order to run a smooth party there are many things to prepare for in advance and keep in mind. We have created the following checklist to make this easier:
- Select a Date
- Decide Roller or Soccer Party
- Decide Public Skate or Private Rental
- Confirm Actual Skating Time
- Decide and Book your Party Package
- Book Private Party Room Time and Pay Deposit
- Send out Invitations
- Tour of Facility for Orientation
- Arrange Skate Rental if Needed
- Pay Balance of Party 1 Week Before
- Arrange for Cake
- Helmets and Safety Gear are Strongly Recommended for all Guests
- The Supervision of any Children in Attendance is the Responsibility of the Attending Parents.
Reminder - It is YOUR Responsibility to:
- Pay a Non-Refundable Deposit at Time of Booking to Hold your Desired Party Day and Time.
- $99(GST included) - Silver Package
- $119(GST included) - Gold Package
- $155(GST included) - Platinum Package
- The Party must be Paid in Full One-Week prior to the Party
- Skate Rentals are NOT included in the Package Price
- Bring Helpers for on and off the Floor
- Cut and Serve the Cake
To guarantee the most enjoyable experience possible, we do encourage you to book your party in person. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you plan your party!
